OMG I came to this office as a referral from my regular dental office for an emergency Root Canal because I couldn’t wait for my scheduled appointment date with my regular dentist. I was having major pain over the weekend to the point where I felt I was going crazy. Light sensitivity, migraines and ear ache that I couldn’t wear my hat nor my glasses and had to just take meds sbd lay in the dark for my long Labor Day weekend. Let me say this, Doctor George Simonyan DDS and his assistant Crystal made my experience one I had to rush to brag about. They were both amazing and did an incredible job. Crystal knew I was sensitive to light so she got me a dark lense goggles to wear. Dr George Simonyan numbed me up good and made sure to walk me through the entire process. I didn’t feel a single pain or even a hint of pain. Even when he gave me the shot in the inside top of my mouth and he said I would feel a pinch, he lied; I didn’t feel anything. This was good. The drilling: drilling is never fun because like myself, most people anticipate the drill hitting a nerve that would cause tremendous pain. It’s always in my mind that it could happen and I would need more numbing medication. Well guess what? Not a single pain or discomfort throughout the whole procedure. As Dr George Simonyan and Crystal communicated back and forth regarding my procedure and passing tools of the trade to each other, it seemed like not a minute of two would pass without one of them asking if I’m doing ok. That was reassuring to say the least. They even kept me informed of how the process was going and how many more minutes it would take for them to be finished. When they were done I had to commend them both by saying, “This is the Best dental experience I have ever had!” They were thankful for my compliment as I shook both their hands. With my pain gone sbd my eyes clearing up from the light sensitivity, I walked back out to the reception area with a huge smile on my face and everyone’s face lit up to see me smiling. I highly recommend visiting this dental office not only if you have an emergency, but for regular dental care. They were all so very kind and professional.

Hi, I needed to see a Dentist for a tooth ache. I called the office, spoke to a rep and she assisted me getting an emergency appointment for the next day. Today, I went to the office, walked in and I was greeted kindly with a smile by Ashley and Crystal. I didn’t wait too long in the lobby which by the way, it was very clean and tighty. The Dental Asst/x-ray tech Mona, called me to the back and she was very gentle and patient as she took the x-rays. Mona explained one step at a time as I followed her directions. Personally, it helped. Dominique stopped by my room to assist me with the finances. Dominique simplified my choices. It was quick and easy. Thnx! :) Afterward, Dr. Jefferson and his team Chris, Mona, and Suzy walked in, they introduced themselves and they got to work. The only pain I felt was from the local anesthetic but that’s a given. Other than that, it went a whole lot better than I expected. Thnx Dr. Jefferson! and Team. Everyone I came across had a calm vibe and voice. I felt cared for and listened to from the moment I walked in until I left the office. My experience was just simply amazing. And yes! I would sincerely recommend coming here.
