Hi, I needed to see a Dentist for a tooth ache. I called the office, spoke to a rep and she assisted me getting an emergency appointment for the next day. Today, I went to the office, walked in and I was greeted kindly with a smile by Crystal. I didn’t wait too long in the lobby which by the way, it was very clean and tighty. The Dental Asst/x-ray tech Mona, called me to the back and she was very gentle and patient as she took the x-rays. Mona explained one step at a time as I followed her directions. Personally, it helped. Dominique stopped by my room to assist me with the finances. Dominique simplified my choices. It was quick and easy. Thnx! :) Afterward, Dr. Jefferson and his team Chris, Mona, and Suzy walked in, they introduced themselves and they got to work. The only pain I felt was from the local anesthetic but that’s a given. Other than that, it went a whole lot better than I expected. Thnx Dr. Jefferson! and Team. Everyone I came across had a calm vibe and voice. I felt cared for and listened to from the moment I walked in until I left the office. My experience was just simply amazing. And yes! I would sincerely recommend coming here.
